Not a fan of no agitator

The washer has a large capacity which is nice. However it gets out of balance often and rocks the entire machine. We’ve had to build our own little base to secure it to keep it from rocking so much and keep it from pulling the hoses off. I also don’t like not having an agitator. I know it states it’s energy efficient but I don’t feel it uses enough water for washing and often have to use the deep fill option. Overall, not a fan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Longsberry - Thanks for your review. We're sorry for any difficulty with your washer getting out of balance. If the machine is overloaded, the clothes may not be able to move freely and may be more likely to throw the basket off balance. Also, the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. It is ample in size, lots of easy to understand options for best wash results and water conservation. Plus it's pretty!

It does the JOB!

I was thankful that I was able to get this washer as fast as I did. It was like my old one a top loader and yes it has a few more buttons it works well and I know I will learn more as I use it,

We absolutely love this washer. What a great water saver, Cleans well without the center spindle. Very easy to operate and cleans very well. We are glad to have this product.
