Verdict still out in the cleanliness but one thing is for sure this washer is loud. Will look at other options brand when this goes out. Just hope the loudness is not indicative of early mechanical problems/failure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was skeptical going from a standard washer to High Efficiency, this thing is incredible, such an advancement, saving huge on water and detergent!

Low water usage but still gets clothes amazingly cleans. Self balances very well. More features than I can count. Quiet. Very happy with this machine.
