Liked the washer but tub cracked at 5 yrs.

Unit worked well, though pretty loud when spinning (which dryer clothes well). Aluminum plate under impeller cracked during spin cycle. I assume this is part of tub, but bought from a friend, so not warrantied. Only recommend if you buy new.

It can handle a large volume of cloth at one time which is perfect for my family. The sound is not annoying even when it spins. The appearance is also attracting.

Doesn't get dirty clothes clean.

We live and work on the farm, our clothes get dirty and this machine does not do the job to get them clean. The tub does not fill with enough water (yes deep fill is on) to even get the clothes (or big blankets) wet so there is no way it can get anything clean. Having a 4.6 cu ft tub has no advantage as I have to wash a minimal number of articles at a time if I have any hope of towels, jeans, blankets, coats etc. coming marginally clean.
This machine is a HUGE disappointment.

This washer isn’t what I thought. I have to rewatch often because the clothes on bottom collect all the dirt. Doesn’t work like my nephew’s Kenmore no agitator machine. That machine circulates the clothes, this one only twist them back & forth so what ever remains at bottom doesn’t get clean

LARGE CAPACITY

I love my washer! It has a large capacity for even queen sized blankets. I usually prefer to take those to the laundromat but this washer has the capacity to handle and clean well. I like the various settings available depending on what type of items being washed.
