The washer is easy to use, efficient, and does the job well! The tub is huge and without the agitator in the middle, big loads are a breeze!

Huge disappointment!

I am so unhappy with this machine. I have had GE washers in the past that I have loved. This one has been a headache from day one. Constantly gets unbalanced; I spend a lot of time babysitting the machine on laundry days. The machine is installed properly and checked for level (frequently), but continues to disappoint. I am considering a new washer of a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love all the different features, cycles, and settings. This washer has some many options than my last washer that I'm washing stuff just to be able to use the different features and settings.

Water levels too low

Not enough water in the wash cycles to allow dirt and debris to flow out of clothes. I frequently add several gallons of water, especially when washing bulky items. I also have to spot treat most items. This is my first water efficient washer. Maybe all efficient top load washers are this way.

Wages large loads, comforters. Uses less water than standard washer.

The interface could be designed little better. The display window should be displayed horizontally instead of vertically so you can acutally read better whats being displayed. Only problem so far is the washer gets out of balance during spin cycle too often
