not that great performance

It seems that this washer does not handle bulky items like towels, bedsheets etc. It often stops the spinning cycle because the load cumulates on one side and the washer is trying to balance it but taking in more water and spinning again. Also, its end cycle signal is very silent and hard to hear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had to unplug to turn it off!!

I have had this washer for 3 years and I love it mostly. Small issues, like the tub doesn't fully empty, so it gets smelly, and I have to Oxi clean it very often. Now, it turns on by itself and cannot be turned off!! I have unplugged and replugged, now what? A new washer after 3 years???!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works well, the only issue I have is that when I wash a comforter, the sheets setting will not work, need to use bulky items...maybe my bad...

It turned on by itself and will not turn off seems to be stuck on spin but just making noise . I unpluged it. Not sure what is wrong with it.

But if washer is not paused, and comes on but will not turn off by pressing the power button, then we recommend service. Finally, something that can wash my king sized comforter, with room to spare! Love that it has the option to add softener into the dispenser, as well as the detergent!
