I haven’t had this product long enough to determine it’s dependability but it is as pictured in stores and online. My last unit like this was in the basement but now it is on the main floor. A little noisy

Large capacity barrel. We opted for no agitator or impaler to accommodate more stuff & bulky items.

Just placed my GE washer and dryer after 20 years so I thought I’d buy GE again, and I was pleasantly surprised. This unit doesn’t have an agitator, has smart fill, and uses very little water. But it washes the clothes excellent
