Nice Features

This is the first time that we've bought a non-agitator washing machine. We have had for a little less than a month. When washing sheet and comforters I've noticed that they are still soaking wet when the wash is done so I've had to drain/spin again. However the same thing occurred again. While I watched it I found that I have to place the comforter in the middle of wash and then drain/spin and it comes out fine. This is irritating. Other than that the washer has a bunch of options that is helpful with the type of clothes, towels and sheets that you are washing. I'm sure this is because this is a non-agitator machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clothes get really clean

This is the first time I have used a washer wit no agitator. I couldn't see how the clothes could get clean but they do, and it really spins out quite dry. I am very satisfied.

New to High Efficiency

Washer responds as it should but getting used to the lower water levels is different. Would have liked better information of what to expect on various settings, but we're learning. Does a good job washing clothes without much water. However, you must use HE detergent. Using soap like you do in an older machine will leave soap on your clothes and require a rewash without soap. Also, be aware it operates way different than the traditional washers do, but that is normal.
