It’s large and easy to use. I love that it determines the size automatically. What I don’t like, a lot, is the spin. It spins so much that the clothes are super wrinkled. Even if they are removed immediately after the wash. I put it on gentle and that has help led slightly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't work correctly. White wash cycle doesn't work. It spun so violently that washer moved 2 feet from original position, made an ungodly noise.

Verify the drum is not over filled (fill to 75% capacity only).
Verify the unit is level (level means that all four legs of the unit are supporting weight).
