Stops spinning occasionally

It doesn’t spin half the time, read inline it needs updated parts.

We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulty you are having with your washer. We would recommend checking to be sure the washer is draining properly and that the wash load is not spinning out of balance. Either of these situations could prevent the washer from reaching the normal high rate of spin necessary to remove the residual water from the wash load. Check to be sure your Spin Speed is set to Max and try running a Drain & Spin cycle if you find the wash load is still wet. If the issues persist, service will be needed to make a proper diagnosis. If needed, please call 1-800-432-2737 M-F 7am-10pm, Sat 8am-6pm, Sun 8am-6pm EST to schedule a service appointment. We can certainly appreciate and understand what an inconvenience this situation has caused and for that we apologize. We do wish you all the best. Vikki@GEA

Easy to use and fast

Really like this washer! Huge amount of space. Works fast and is easy to use. Only complaint is it is a little loud when it starts but if you have a laundry room the as soon as you shut the door it’s quiet. Also the machine should sense when the place for detergent is left open when starting the cycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Machine is very quiet. So far does a great job cleaning - only used it 5 or 6 times. I don’t like the low levels of water per each load. I did call customer support & do understand. All & all I’m happy with the product. We’ve used GE for years.

We purchased this washer 4 years ago and the the transmission just blew up! So disappointing! Poor quality, not worth the money!

The tub in the machine is too loose. Therefore it is always off balance not matter what the load. It is also too deep and makes getting clothing out of the bottom difficult.
