I love this wash machine!

We are pleased with purchase. Never had a washer without an agitator before but I really like it. It takes a little getting use to but if you follow the instructions your clothes come out nice and clean! We have a well snd septic so I really like the not using much water or detergent part! It’s also quiet snd can handle a king size quilt. Because we have dogs that deep with us, this is an important feature for us.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When it works it’s good

Doesn’t work. Won’t drain or spin. Difficult to get support and I’m sure it’s just a simple software update. They want me to pay to have someone out to service it. Not cool and they should support their product. Also don’t have a record of the original product registration and I have the email confirmation showing it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Many options, quiet and fair price

I bought this top load to replace a two year old Maytag washer that failed. The capacity is just right for me and my husband but can handle larger/bulkier loads when needed. The wash cycle is quiet. Laundry is clean. Cycles have many options to accommodate many specific laundry needs. Our Maytag repairman recommended a GE and so far we are completely satisfied.
