It works when it chooses

It works when it wants to. Rusted interior, rust debris enters drum. I have learned that this washer requires a software update to possibly fix a lot of the problems. You have to pay for hardware which has the software installed. Why should I have to pay for a fix?

Lot of good features

It is a good washer. The only problem is the softener dies always gets applied thru dispenser but that could be me. I haven’t called manufacturer on what the problem could be. But it is a good washer.
