Junk after 2 years

Bought this March 2018 and now July 2020 review...the thing is junk. It decides to sporadically drain or not. Nothing clogging the drain lines. It'll work one day and not the next. Unplugging the unit and plugging it back seems to "fix" the issue, only to have it happen again a day or two later. Called GE and since its out of warranty, GE said good luck and find a 3rd party repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Started dripping from soap dispensers after 2 year

Works pretty well from washing clothes, but made snags on some blankets. After about 1.5 years it started dripping slowly from the soap dispenser, now after 2 years it is dripping constantly about a gallon a day. I checked the 10 year warranty but it appears it only covers the motor. I will be calling GE today to see if they will fix it because it definitely seems defective. I'll update with how there customer service responded to this unacceptable issue.

Don’t buy!

I have hated this washer since the day I received it. My clothes come out so wrinkled, I have to put them in the dryer with a damp rag for about 30 minutes after they’re dry just to get half the wrinkles out. Would never by a washer without an agitator again. And you have to add an extra rinse if you use fabric softener which washes it out anyway.

Do not buy this washer. In it's young life we have had nothing but problems. Not filling not draining and do not expect it to fill enough to clean your laundry. Self balancing is not in this machine. It is always in need of help while spinning even on the tiniest load. I wish I had a honest review to read prior to purchasing. I am on my fourth service call in the three years of ownership.

Excellent washer

I love the price of the washer, the size and the ease of use! I am able to do large loads easily and small loads just as easy but fast! This washer gets ran about 4 to 5 loads per day and holds up so well!

Not Like the Good Old Days

Our washer is broken after 3.5 years. Even when it worked, clothes were still overly wet after the cycle and we would need to run drain and spin for another hour. Good thing we bought and extra warranty. Only have to wait 1 month for the repair person to come and then will need to wait longer for parts. Yeah!
