After hearing a loud and frightening sound from the laundry room , I was horrified to see the washer that we purchased in November of 2020and received February 2021 sitting backwards in the middle of the floor and no longer operating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Piece of garbage!!

We bought this washer when we built our house 4 years ago. In that time we have went through two motors (covered under warranty but we have had to pay for the installation). When the latest motor was installed they said the transmission is also failing and is on the verge of failure. We have been told the transmission is not covered under warranty. Disappointing for a brand new machine.
We have purchased a new washer with a competitor brand. Hopefully it lasts longer than 4 years!!
