Loathe entirely

I’ve had the most problems with this washer. It’s terrible!! I hate it so bad, since day 1 I’ve hated it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Besides the fact it is very hard to have it balanced and shakes a lot, I Had this washer only 3 years before it started falling apart and its costly to have a GE repair person come and fix it.

Hello- We are sorry that you are having issues with your washer. We can understand your concern and would like to help! All GE Appliances washer tubs move freely within our exclusive auto balance suspension system. It is a rod and spring floating suspension, designed to withstand extensive out of balance situations without the need for an "out of balance" switch.
During an out of balance load, the basket is allowed to "float" forward and backward, side to side, and up and down, yet it never touches the floor nor is it even connected to the floor. As a result, the clothes basket can move freely, and this is normal. Here's a link that will have information on leveling your washer.

Too easily imbalanced

The washing machine is fine except for how easily a load becomes imbalanced. We have tried all the suggested ways of keeping a load in balance, but the machine becomes so wobbly that it has knocked off the closet doors more than once.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Spin cycle

We bought our washer a little over a year ago and during the spin cycle the washer bucket got stuck and started twisting from
the inside and crushed some of the outer shell and almost ripped of the top.
