Get the extended warranty

Just a couple of months after the 1 year warranty expired the washer started changing cycles in the middle of the cycle. I can no longer press buttons on the display. My water bill has doubled because it is starting over in the middle of a wash. Buy another brand or get the extended warranty.

This washer is amazing! It has endured anywhere between 5-15 loads per week with 5 people living in the house. Even washing bulky items such as area rugs and comforters, it has run like a champ.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What really attracted me and my Mom to this particular appliance is that it doesn't have an agitator in it. Once you get use to All the noises it is, Quite a unique piece of machinery.
WARNING ⚠️!! The One thing that I don't like is the soap dispenser has to be cleaned out at least once a month if Not more! The downy side gets quite moldy inside and out. I find it to be a design flaw. So a buyer's Warning ⚠️ if you will.

Disappointed.

Washer turned on by its self, first said cancelled, unplugged, no the minutes are flashing. Sounds like it wants to drain, but there's no water in it. Only 4 years old.

Hello- Thank you for reaching out. The washer will automatically drain any time the lid is left open for more than 15 minutes and water is present. Or, it will automatically drain if left in a paused state with the lid closed for more than 24 hours and water is present. It could have accidentally been paused and that is what will happen. This is normal and not anything to be concerned about. We recommend resetting the motor to see if that helps.
Unplug the washer for 1 minute from the electrical outlet.
Plug the washer back in and lift and lower the lid 6 times within a 12 second period.
You have 30 seconds to start lifting and lowering the lid.
The lid must be raised a minimum of 2" to ensure the magnetic connection on the lid is interrupted.
Make sure you close the lid completely each time.

Water keeps filling in when unit is off

Had washer for 6 years . The water keep filling in the tub when the washer is off. Had to disconnect water supply lines.

Oh no, we’re so sorry to hear that your washer keeps filling the tub, even when not in use, and know how frustrating this is. With Top Load washers, it is not uncommon to have a small amount of water at the bottom of the wash basket after a load is complete. The amount of water is typically a 1/2 cup of water or less, and is considered normal. This will occur when water becomes trapped in the fill nozzle (fill tube) at the top of the wash basket after the water shuts off after filling. Often the nozzle doesn't immediately drain all of the remaining water, so after some time (even a few hours later), the water tension holding in the water breaks and the last amount of water is released or spurted from the fill nozzle. It is similar to the small spurt or burst of water that sometimes comes out of a bathroom shower head after the water is turned off. If there is more than a 1/2 cup of water in the bottom of the tub, service may be required.
