Buyer beware

Bought this washer a few years ago and paid good money for it! The thing that caught my eye was the 10 year warranty! So a couple weeks ago washer seemed out of level so i checked it and it was where it needed to be so i start doing research cause when it goes into spin cycle it literally shakes my entire house! Guess what the ten year warranty is only for the motor NOT THE OTHER JUNK PARTS THEY BUILD THIS WITH! Never again will i give company my money!

Don't like the washing method

I like the capacity it has but don't feel it washes as well as those with the drum pole. Also, when washing bulky items it tends to go to one side making the drum get out of sink. I need to stop it and re"arrange the items so it will continue.

We're sorry to hear that you are not happy with the washing mechanism and method. This washer has an infusor, rather than an agitator. In a traditional top-load with agitator, the water would fill into the basket from one location, the center rear of the lid. On the Hydrowave with Infusor washers this has not changed however, the basket now rotates during a fill, making it easier to saturate all of the clothing on all sides of the wash basket evenly.
The mechanical action of the Infusor moves the clothes through the water and against the sides of the tub and down around the Infusor. This wash system is softer and quieter during agitation. It is important to note that when loading your washer, you want to load the items loosely against the sides of the wash basket.

First was before 1 year the cup were u black bleach has completely rusted out , a few of the buttons work only when they want constantly have to unplug it to reset it and now it won't spin and is making a terrible grinding noise under the tub part .We thought because we spent a good amount on this that for sure would be better quality parts nope all plastic gears and just as cheap as they could get oh and there 10YEAR warranty haha it only covers the motor and u guessed it its the only part of the washer that was made with any sort of quality to it.

Bad switch

I love the washer except it’s too deep for my 5’4” body. Also very unhappy that the switch went bad and the replacement switches are crappy. We have bought two and both went bad within a week or two of using.
