Looks pretty. Crappy wash

My shirt literally was dry not even washed. “Deep fill” is a joke. I might get an extra gallon of water. I WHOLE SOULED REGRET THIS BUY. (I almost never give bad reviews. This has me boiling)

Hi there,

Getting a new washing machine can be an exciting experience, but there are often differences from your old washer that require getting used to.

The Department of Energy sets standards for water usage, and over the years the amount of allowable water has decreased. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Additionally, most new washers are equipped with load-sensing technology, so the amount of water will vary based on load size and cycle selection.

It is important to have the proper ratio of clothes and water in the washer tub to get good cleaning performance each time you do laundry. Please refer to the link below:

Not good for small loads

Junk bin fighting with this washer for years always out of balance wont drain water out pump hums all kinds of problems will never buy a GE ever.

Major issues

A few issues with this washer: the balance is off when sheets or towels and the machine makes a horrendous noise when spinning. It also started to rust within 3 years of use at the site where bleach is poured into to receptacle. Last, dark clothes cones out with white streaks from time to time even though e follow washing instructions as well as sanitize/clean the machine regularly. Would not recommend to anyone

Don't buy this washer!

I have had this washer for just under six years. The paint started to bubble and peel within a couple years of use. I checked to make a warranty claim only to find out that paint is not covered. There are cracks in some of the plastic parts, and within the last couple years water has started to leak from somewhere around the soap dispenser. Lately it has gotten severe enough that if I don't take the clothes out immediately when the cycle is done, the clothes in the back of the basked are sopping wet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor performance

All of a sudden the lights keep blinking continuously, this machine is NOT able to perform its job even after I unplugged and plugged it back. Please assist.

Junk! The washer failed after seven years, with a failed gearing mechanism and an overheating motor. That 10-year warranty? It only covers the cost of the motor but does not cover the labor cost or other parts required to replace the motor.
