Worst washer ever

Got this two months ago and have to use deep fill and deep wash or machine will vibrate and bounce. I have all kinds of video . Want a front load , even if they smell . Had whirlpool cabrio that was excellent.

Load balancing issues

This washer does a terrific job getting the load clean. The problem lies in load balancing. Despite every effort to evenly distribute any medium load or larger prior to starting the washer, it inevitably goes out of balance and “walks” quite far during the spin cycle. Don’t throw in a load and leave with this washer

I get the design behind it, but it doesn't work. No center agitator means the clothes bunch, which means the washer can't spin, which means it drains all the water and refills it in an attempt to break up the clothes ball - it doesn't - which means enormous time added to your laundry time and a ton of water. It never adds enough water which means I have to add buckets and buckets to each load. I want to hook up a hose to my hot water heater so I can get sufficient water in it rather than lift bucket after bucket. Honestly, if I could sell it and not lose all that much and get a completely different "old style" washer, I WOULD! I hate it!

Poor design

No matter how I load washer 9 times out of 10 it is “unbalanced “ my old old washer never did this. It is very annoying and disappointing

Stopped working after 7 months

The washer didn't do great on spinning out, but the topper was when it quit working after 7 months. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

Lousy spin cyclle

The spin cycle does a horrible job getting water out the the clothing even on extended spin time. Items are always dripping water when I transfer them to the dryer.

The first year the transmission went out and one month after getting a new replacement the transmission is now going out on it.

DON't BUY A HIGH EFFICIENCY

LOW WATER LEVEL even with the DEEP FILL....what a joke!! I want my Traditional Washer back!!! You can't get clothes clean without water. Water barely covers the clothes & runs WAY TOO LONG! How is that Efficient & Low Energy???? Clothes are wrinkled & twisted up. What a mistake I made!
