Mold on top and plastic coming off

The top of the drum is covered in mold. 8 think the drum got loose because metal or plastic also is coming out in the washer and it released a bunch of hidden mold at the top of it. Do not buy this and if you do beware of mold and breaking...

Great features but dangerous!!

Loved this washing machine until…. I was sitting on my couch watching tv while doing laundry and it exploded. It sounded like a car ran through my house. The door flew off there is a big dent in the front and the back is coming off. It knocked a hole in my wall. I’ve never had this happen almost traumatized to do laundry now:(

Just after long term warranty went out the electric panel went out. Same thing happened with the matching dryer we bought with it. Super disappointed and will be picking a different brand for appliances going forward

We have only had this machine for about 2 years, and now suddenly it will not spin. ZERO troubleshooting help from the manual or online assistance. Load the clothes, filled with water then suddenly will not agitate or spin to rinse anything out. Very disappointed considering what we paid for the machine! Now playing the phone game with the company we got it from, to have it looked, hoping it isn’t going to cost me an arm and a leg, all while hoping that whatever is wrong is covered by the extended warranty that we bought with it and the dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
