Not a good buy for long term.

Warranty sucks. The washer stop working but they want me to pay for a service call and labor while under warranty even if they can't fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This washer has a 1-year limited warranty on any factory specified part of the washer which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship and an additional 9-year limited warranty on the motor if it fails due to a defect in material or workmanship. Broken agitator

Broken agitator after 7 years. Says it has a 10 year warranty but it takes 4 days to get a repair person out to inspect and I don’t have time for back and forth. Too much laundry. This seems to be a common problem with these washing machines. It would be nice if they used the warranty to prorated another purchase.

Makes loud noise and heavy vibrations

This machine makes so much vibration and loud noise. It will scare you. Sometimes it even moves. I would not recommend buying this model.

Exploded

After 5 years, it finally gave up and exploded! Thankfully nobody was in the laundry room whenever it did. I heard the explosion from outside the house.
