Loud spin cycle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bearing has failed on my 6 year old washer. I am pretty disappointed. Transmission already needs replacing.

We’d like to assist with your washer’s out of balance occurrences and control panel. It’s extremely important that the washer is properly leveled and all 4 leveling legs are firmly on an even floor space. This will help to reduce out of balance occurrences during the cycle. Additionally, it’s important that the tub is loaded evenly, with the weight of the load equally distributed. Unbalanced loads can cause out of balance occurrences.
For help with the control panel, we recommend you reset your washer by unplugging it for two minutes and then press Start after reconnecting it. Washer basket

We heard a loud bang coming from the washer and now the basket is not moving on n it's own, moving it manually you hear some grinding noise.

Washer is making loud roaring noise

Outer basket enclosure rusted and ruined clothes.

Love features but outer basket has rusted out near the bleach dispenser and is unusable.

Surface rust on the side walls of stainless-steel wash tub baskets may be caused by particulates in the water. Does not clean clothes

It doesn't clean clothes . Even if I put a spot remover .I should have bought a machine that had an agitator in the middle...If I could sell it and get a model that has an agitator. I would be happy or I could swap it out and put an agitator in it. I'm just not happy with the way it cleans my clothes. It sucks.

We'd like to help with your washer's cleaning performance. It's extremely important that you only use high-efficiency detergent to ensure the best cleaning performance. Be sure to follow the manufacturer’s recommended amount for your load. Additionally, you'll want to loosely load the clothing into the washer basket around of the outside of the basket. Compacting the load can lead to a poor cleaning performance. Quality Washing Machine

I've had this washer for several years and it is great!! The basket is a great size and gets clothes very clean without an agitator. The preset cycle are great and get the job done. It's important to evenly layout the clothes so the washer doesn't walk on the spin cycle. It's fairly quiet except for the spin cycle. It can get a little loud but doesn't last long. The only downer is that every now and then the all the water will not drain. Running the spin and drain cycle will do the trick. I would purchase again if needed.
