Loud spin cycle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bearing has failed on my 6 year old washer. I am pretty disappointed. Transmission already needs replacing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your washer. We encourage you to review the warranty statement on page 29 of the Owner's Manual. - https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--1qftSm-6--/bp1mjtmv6vaa0zz812ww.pdf - With the exception of the limited warranty on the motor, it is well outside the warranty period.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine is okay except it gets off balance a lot. Now the electronic board is going out.

We’d like to assist with your washer’s out of balance occurrences and control panel. It’s extremely important that the washer is properly leveled and all 4 leveling legs are firmly on an even floor space. This will help to reduce out of balance occurrences during the cycle. Additionally, it’s important that the tub is loaded evenly, with the weight of the load equally distributed. Unbalanced loads can cause out of balance occurrences.
For help with the control panel, we recommend you reset your washer by unplugging it for two minutes and then press Start after reconnecting it. If the issue continues, we recommend scheduling service with our Bodewell team by calling 1-833-426-3393 or online here: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

Pure junk….200% junk, a waste of resources. If I could rate below 1, then most certainly it would be in the negative.
