Expectations are Disappointing

This is by far the worst designed Washer I've ever had. It forces every load into a twisted or rolled up mess. Nothing gets clean and it ALWAYS forces the spin cycle into a "Off-Balance" load.. leading up to us forcing it to stop and adjust the weight/load. We can never leave the premises until the wash is completely done. Plane and Simple..It needs an Agitator ...!!!!

Worst washer ever

Of all the things I’ve wasted money on, this one was the most expensive. I don’t expect much from a waxing machine, but one thing I do expect is for it to actually clean my laundry. This washer is not up to the task, as my laundry constantly comes out of the wash still dirty, covered with debris. As if this were t bad enough, the basket is never balanced, and sometimes will rattle off it’s track entirely, requiring service. I absolutely HATE this washer, it’s the worst, most infective washer I have ever used. I can’t wait until the day that I can afford to replace it.

The machine died in less than 7 years. The repair cost is equal to the cost of buying a new one. We've always had GE appliances and always had good luck with product quality and service. But, this particular washer DEFINITELY should last more than 6.5 years.

We truly hate to hear you’ve had issues with the washer not draining or spinning – we know how frustrating that must be to deal with, especially when you’ve only had the unit a couple years. This isn’t what we would expect of this model, and we regret any inconvenience caused.
If the washer is pausing before starting a Drain & Spin cycle, that may be normal – the unit will pause during certain parts of the cycle to sense the load, allow items to soak, etc. If the washer won’t drain at all, you may want to check that the drain hose isn’t obstructed. Absolutely terrible!

We have had this appliance for some years now and we are on #3 lid. Plastic is cheap and design is awful. Will never buy another GE appliance EVER!

Won’t spin or drain

We’ve had this washed for about 6 years now. I choose this brand because I knew others who had similar washers but different brands and they all had issues with spinning and draining, it wasn’t balancing properly. We’ve had the same issue since day one and it’s only getting worse. I see many others complaining about the same issues. It’s extremely frustrating when you’re trying to get it to spin and drain 3 or more times and it still won’t work. What can we do to make it work properly? Other then that we have no issues and love it.

This thing is small and worthless for a family. Constantly out of balance. Randomly just decides not to drain. It is a waste of space. Worst washer/dryer combo we’ve ever owned.
