This washer leaves white detergent streaks on ALL of my black clothes. I use clear gel woolite so I’m not sure how this keeps happening. Very disappointed.

Settings were nice for special loads

Husband bought me the set in 2019 and although it's amazing for large items (comforters etc) I have noticed the clothing doesn't seem to have stains removed. Not sure if it's due to not having the agitator in the middle, but we've dealt with it. Last night, decided not to spin to remove the water after washing. Followed the 'reset' instructions and still not spinning out the water. I was hoping for a longer life span as my last one was great for almost 15 years. Now a single mom and trying to find extra money to repair this just isn't in my budget. I do not think I will buy another one of these models. I have read so many people saying the warranty isn't worth the purchase as repairs are not covered without additional expense. I guess we are off to the laundry mat for a while :(

Garbage with deceptive warranty

Failed after 4 years of using it 1-2x a week and is going to cost 300+ labor to fix. The "10 year warranty" is just for the motor fyi.

Washing machine broke

I am so disappointed. Have had this washing machine for 5 years and had to replace the machine board within one year. And now the metal plate has deteriorated. I have seen many other recent reviews state the same thing after 5-7 years. Seems like this is a common issue and should most definitely not happen. Especially from a trusted and long term company like GE. Very dangerous to have metal pieces breaking off in clothing. This is unacceptable and makes me not want to buy another GE machine. How many more people is this going to happen to?

Garbage junk crap

Garbage machine that doesn’t last a year. The lid lock keep going out rendering the machine useless. Buy if you want to pay for an expensive repair every few months or take apart the machine yourself every few months. Last ge appliance I’ll ever buy

Very disappointed in quality

So angry and disappointed!!! Bought GE because I thought it would be a good quality. It started shaking like crazy and had pieces of gravel in tube. Took the agitator off and the whole plate was deteriorated and broken in pieces. The pieces would just crumble in hands like dried mud.

Broken alligator and metal pieces

GE has really taken advantage of people with this one! There are small metal pieces in my washing machine, the metal plate under the agitator is broken into a million pieces just like the other 269739 reviews. I think GE should fix this at no cost to buyers!! Seems like this is a malfunction on their end. I have no always been a big supporter of GE products but in this case I really have to reconsider buying GE ever again
