it doesn't even wet the clothes

i would not recommend this washing machine.
We just spend 90 min washing a winter jacket (1 kid size) and the top of the jacket never even got wet so that mean it didn't wash. so this time around, we are going to put both kids winter jacket with deep fill to see what happens. guess what the jacket doesn't get rub to clean it. it also happen when we wash dark clothes like jeans( more noticeable). If we have to put deep file each time that you make a wash that mean your not saving on water?

Even the tray that you put the detergent in open during the wash?
i'm going to see the store to get my money back or trade on a front loader, that small piece in the center doesn't get any agitated enough to wash the clothes.

The dispenser for fabric softener and detergent pods doesn't dispense properly. Liquid detergent works best if poured directly into the washer. Find myself having to rewash items because the pods don't dissolve completely.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The agitator is awful, clothes bind and the basket gets easily out of balance which then causes the entire machine to rock and move. It rocked so hard it dented the front of my washer. The lid latch breaks easily (cheap plastic). The cycles don’t run as advertised and clothes aren’t washed evenly. I’ve never been more dissatisfied with a washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
