Cleans well but Very noisy!

We like all the features and different cycles. I wonder if this is normal that it's three times louder than our old front loader? Not very happy that even with the laundry door closed we can still hear it even with the T.V. on. Store rep at Home Depot said it was normal.

Spin Cycle Not Good

I am not happy with this washer because when the washer spins the cloths unless you get them out immediately they will wrinkle. When washing sheets it will get off balance and I have to go and open it up and adjust the sheets in the machine. Not a good feature at all. I would rather have a agitator in my washer because I think it gets the cloths cleaner.

It’s a disappointment

We’ve always had GE appliances and been extremely happy with them until getting this washer. We bought it to replace one that we had for 61/2 years. This washer is EXTREMELY loud. It has a grinding sound when it is washing that is annoying. Also, the ending buzzer chimes while it is still spinning out, so it’s not audible. We are planning on returning it for a different brand because the repairman agreed that it was super loud, but according to the GE website, it’s within normal range. Our old one was no where near this loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Long Run Time just to wash some clothes

Don’t like not having the agitator. Don’t like how long it takes to sense the load weight so it doesn’t get out of balance which happens anyway

Simple and Efficient

I have only had I for one week but I am impressed. Even though it doesn't have a agitator my clothes are moving around very well. When it spins on normal setting my cloy are almost dry. This cuts my drying time in half.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Spin cycle sounded horrible, stopped filling, gives me an error code of some sort and won’t do nothing beyond that

Piece of carp I will never buy GE aging

I all ways thought good things about GE products but I will never buy GE aging had my new washer 14 month and now it's junk that's crazy I couldn't afford the extended warranty so now I have to buy a not her new washer being disabled and on a fixed income well looks like the laundry Matt for a wile
