Broke down after six months. Very frustrated.

Not a good one. Six months after i bought it, its malfunctioning already. Totally not satisfied.

worse washer I have ever used

I bought this 1 year ago and have tried all the setting to clean our clothes. If doing sheets/towels/mattress pad- it doesn't matter what setting I have to babysit the washer to spin correctly after multiple attempts to rebalance itself. I have to pause and move the clothes around manually and then it will spin. When I wash darks, there are often white spots- looks like unrinsed detergent. As a military member, I have used many different types of washers, and never had the problems that I continue to have with this one.

Disappointed in washing ability

I previously owned a front-loader and we read reviews for the GE top-loader. People wrote they were pleased with the washer. It fits a good amount of clothes, but we were shocked how wrinkled ALL our clothes became in this washer. I called the store and they walked me through all the recommended settings. Sadly we deeply regret purchasing this washer. Plus the washer is super loud when it’s running a load of laundry.
