Should be seen and not heard

This machine makes very loud grinding noises while agitating and vibrates badly while spinning. It is not a defect. If you have a basement, that is a good location.
Repair service is good - two calls covered under warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unfortunately the liquid fabric softener trap does not release the liquid. Has not worked once since purchased.

We purchased this machine when our previous dryer stopped working. Installation was very easy and we have been very happy. I like all the options for setting and the inside light. The dryer capacity is huge! The machine is very light and moves around when loading - that is my only complaint.

Loud like a helicopter taking off

I purchased this in November when my last washer motor died. This is the loudest machine I have ever heard but it does spin at amazing speeds. It still will leak water out the back left probably due to soap dispenser design just like my 2006 model. This time smart enough to buy an appliance tray for water leakage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Smooth!

Only had this product a few days so my experience is limited. Very quiet operation. It does a few balancing test spins at first which seem a little odd but you can really see how smooth this machine runs when the motor turns off and it slowly glides to a stop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i purchased this machine a couple of weeks ago after reading a ton of reviews on many machines. so far, so good. i love the machine. it washes quickly, i don't find it noisy although it is in my garage.
