Just OK

My 30-year-old dryer was working great, but after purchasing the matching GE washer, the old dryer lacked the capacity to dry a full load. Hours were spent drying half loads. Our sole motivation for purchasing the matching dryer was to speed up the process and eliminate multiple trips up and down the basement stairs. While this dryer has the capacity for a full washer load, the time to dry it is the same as before. It was an unnecessary purchase for a senior on a very limited budget.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very large and meets all my needs

We bought the washer and dryer (gas) together. This is a very cool dryer with electronic features, including a beautiful blue light in it that dims when you close the door. It works really well and saves energy. We love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We got our new ge dryer this week and I've done SO many different types of loads from small to x- large including jeans and bulky blankets and shoes!! This dryer is absolutely amazing!! I am yet to have anything come out damp or still wet.

Nice mix of features

Odd little metal grill/bars near lint trap catch hair and sometimes the dryer sheets. I worry that thin items like handkerchiefs will also get caught. Otherwise, we are very pleased with it a couple of months in.
