It's ok.

Dries fine but the clothes aren't that wet after washing. My 3 stars comes from the lint collection. It doesn't seem to gather as much lint as my old machine and leaves a lot of pet hair. It's a bit of a nuisance and disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great update for me, just a superb piece, ease of operation, performs seamlessly, clothes dry perfectly and wrinkle free. A solid purchase. My last GE dryer lasted 40 years, that's not an exaggeration, literally forty years 1977-2017 with one or two minor service calls. I did not even "shop around" when the time came to replace it. I went to my dealer that day and ordered the newest model GE dryer on the spot - they delivered that afternoon.

We’ve been using this pretty dryer for a month, now. No matter what needs drying, there has been a setting that fits the need. The finished “buzzer” is a very pleasant chime sound. Very satisfied with the value!
