Purchased in Jan 2018 and so far I'm pleased. Dries clothes quickly and wrinkle free. I like the drying option selections and the filter location is convenient and easy to clean after each load. My only complaint would be that after the dryer load ends and the laundry is removed, I can hear a very faint barely audible beeping noise even with the power off and the door closed. It stops after some time but can be annoying when near the dryer and there is no other noise in the home that keeps it from being heard. I would rate it five stars if not for the weird low volume beeping.

Our new dryer is very quiet and dries clothes completely. We have not yet experienced any bunching up of heavy items, hence there is no thumping. in combination with our matching washer, our clothes smell fresh.
