Fit my situation

Soooo quiet! The dryer has a wonderful end of cycle melody that just makes me smile. It is incredibly efficient and clothes come out fluffy and soft. Buy this, you will be pleasantly surprised! Bought the matching washer also!!

Love how fast it dries

I just bought this gas dryer not to long ago and I am already in love. I love how it learns your usage patterns. I also love how it adjust the time base on the load and how wet the clothes are. Bonus feature I personally love is that it has a sanitize dryer cycle. Working in the medical field I am around a lot of germs. This feature states that it kills all the more common ones typically found in hospital like staphylococcus aureus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice dryer - very difficult to convert to LP!!

Purchased this a week ago. We saw overall good value, nice features, simple-easy to use controls, and liked the front window on the door. We have LP at our house and the dryer comes ready for natural gas. We bought the GE conversion kit - and 3 HOURS later we were up and running. The main issue? There are absolutely no photos or instructions on the conversion process in the dryer manual, and the instructions in the conversion kit are poorly, blurry printed on an 8.5X11" piece of paper, with lettering missing on the edge, and the instructions do not show where the burner assembly is located for this model. GE is too last to put a youtube video, a photo, or any clues on how to tear the dryer apart so we were left to guess. If GE would simply add a photo in the owners installation manual showing where the burner is, explaining the simple steps, and have updated, corresponding instructions (that are clear to see and to read) in the conversion kit the overall project would take 25 minutes. I think GE should have their product engineers bring in a friend to their office, hand them the conversion kit and instructions that are provided, and see for themselves what little information they provide in the box. By the way the dryer works great!

Good looking dryer and works well while it lasts

I Purchased this Dryer on 11/1/2017 and it has not been a year and the wire harness melted inside causing the dryer to not produce heat. Instead of GE replacing the dryer with a new one , they replaced the whole harness and heater on the dryer. I don't think that a dryer should die after just 8 months of usage.

Beware the Moisture Sensors!!!

The dryer runs fine. But the two metal moisture sensors inside the door have came lose/broke off all together and have cost me at least 5 article of clothing. These things get lose and grab anything that has a button and rips it to shreds. Make sure to get the warranty if you buy this product.
