Poor performance

The dryer doesn’t dry. I have tried to dry clothes multiple times and come back an hour later and everything is still wet. It keeps giving me an error message that the door is open. I’ve made sure the door is shut and it will work for 1 minute and then give another error message. Waste or money. I wouldn’t recommend at all

Stopped after two loads

We had it for one one month and it would not power up and we had to call for service and the part will take week to get here. At least it was covered under warranty. Makes me wonder how long this will last.

Motherboard went out at four months

My dryer quit working. The motherboard is dead. It's been on backorder for a month.

Not running after 1 and a half year

Terrible. Doesn’t dry have to use manual feature

Terrible. Doesn’t dry have to turn it on twice or set to manual. This dryer is so light it moves when the door is opened and closed. We should have returned this when we could now it’s to late waste of money. We kept thinking it was the settings we were using.

Mostly happy with this dryer

As the title says, we are mostly happy with this dryer. The one major complaint is that the sensor feature always leaves the clothes damp, even with the most dry setting selected. I consistently have to dry everything for ~20 more minutes using that feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Frustrating

On high heat cycle (towels), dryer runs for 10 minutes, pauses for 15-20 minutes (I assume to cool down) starts for 10-15 minutes and repeats until the timer counts down. Takes about 3 hours to dry a load of towels. Repairman has been here to diagnose and replace parts and I have scheduled another visit for more diagnosis. Not satisfied at all. Also, I can’t seem to change the temperature level manually. Thought a GE dryer would be a good, dependable product. Not at all satisfied.
