I love that the dryer alarm reminds you a couple of times that the load is dry. Good idea! Why did GE not apply this to my new matching washer?

Watch out for this product

Just found out that this product does not signal when the end of cycle is done so clothes wrinkle. Service department said this dryer did not have the signal installed in it and it was my problem to figure out when the dryer was done since it automatically adjusts to each load so there is no set time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello jboy49 - Thanks for your review. Your GTD65GBSJWS dryer does feature an end of cycle signal. Simply press the "Volume" button (on control panel) to change the end of cycle signal. Press the button until you reach the desired volume or off. Many Features at a great price

We have a large family and have had a GE on the last which lasted us well over 11 years. This one provides a great quality at an awesome price. It’s quiet and can handle large loads easily. So far I have not found any disadvantages.
