The dryer was purchased for someone that is visually impaired. The smart sensor is a great feature. The lay out of the function buttons make it easy for the visually impaired as well. along with the chime

Multiple problems right out of the box.

We purchased this appliance as a set from our local home store. Immediately after installation, we noticed that the dryer emits a high-pitched, triple beep noise when it's plugged in and not running. We called for service and a new control board was ordered. Still waiting to see if the new part will resolve that problem. We're unplugging it between uses in the mean time.
Now, after just a few more days of use, there is a loud squeaking sound that repeats at the speed of the drum rotation. It seems incredible to me that a brand new appliance would have these problems from day one. I'm THIS close to returning to the store where we bought it.

I like this dryer and would recommend. two tiny complaints, when the plumber installed the unit, he accidentally dented the top of the dryer by pressing into it to look behind. definitely his fault, however, i feel like maybe they are making dryers a little bit cheaper and that's why this is possible (we couldn't have dented our old dryer in the same way). It still works just fine and we barely notice it now. one last thing is when i wash cotton onesies, it has a hard time estimating done time and it will automatically end way too early, so i just have to put it on a timer rather than auto- regular clothes it's fine for auto! those are my only two complaints, the positives vastly outweigh these two things though! I would recommend!

Wish I could post my photos, but I keep getting error messages.
Bottom line: I shopped around A LOT before purchasing a new W/D and kept coming back to this model. Very happy with my decision, this dryer has a huge capacity and does a good job sending. Lint trap is easy to get to and empty, and the whole machine is sleek and efficient. Lots of options and pleasant sounds.
Highly recommend!
