No power cord!

Bought it brand new still in the box bot no power cord!? I was confused! Am I suppose to order it or what!?

The only issue with this dryer is the lint trap. It is a nightmare putting it in and taking it out. Not just occasionally, every time it needs to be cleaned.

I like the dryer but it definitely isn't an outstanding dryer. I'm not pleased with the settings. It's average but nothing more. Using this dryer reminds of dryers you would expect to use at a laundromat! Need I say more.

Is an ok dryer

I purchased the set of washer and dryer - I wanted American Made! Not impressed with the washer much - it always seems to get uneven loads and I have to open it and rearrange the clothes. Is a pain - I may return it! But the dryer is ok - The only downfall to this Dryer is that the clothes are somewhat damp at the end of a cycle! Our jeans and towels are still damp and with the sensors on the dryer - you cannot reset it! I am disappointed that I cannot dry my items fully --

This is Megan at GE Appliances. I am sorry to hear that you are not please with your washer and dryer. On the washer, please check that the machine is level. You will want to set a level on the front of the machine from side to side to check that way and then set the level from front to back and check that way. If it is not level in either way it can get out of balance. Regarding the dryer, if you prefer not to use the sensors, you can select a timed dry option and dry the clothes for up to 90 minutes. You can also add an additional 10 or 20 minutes at the end of a sensor cycle by selecting a shorter timed dry.
If the solutions offered above are not helpful we would recommend scheduling an appointment with a GE Service Technician who can look into this for you. You can schedule at 1-800-GE-Cares. We appreciate your review. I hope this helps!

Great Dryer really love it, my biggest regret is not getting the model with capability to add wifi module so i could get a text message when my drying cycle was done.
