Not up to my expectations!

I have tried different settings, I use Downey liquid softener in the washer, and Bounce sheets in the dryer but it leaves my clothes with wrinkles. My old Kenmore would dry my clothes perfectly and I could hang them up directly out of the dryer. Not this one!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sometimes not dry

It is a good dryer, though still noisy. The sensing is great to have although still have spots of moisture on the clothing. Doesn't dry pillows that well. The dryer is quite large inside so it does dry alot of clothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor product

this makes 2 of this same dryer I have had in the last 2 years. The first one made a loud thumping noise so bad you could hear it all through the house. I purchased extended warranty on it and the store where I purchased it from replaced it with another brand new one that I have only had since July of 2020 and it decided to just quit working won't turn on or nothing and repair man came out and looked at it and said he would have to order part for it and 2 months later still have not seen part

GE was a great product over 10 years ago. All the parts they make now are cheap! Very sad to see what has happened to GE products past 10 years! Buy American like Whirlpool instead!

Drying takes ALL day

This dryer since we have had it, doesn’t heat up. Clothes take all day to dry, it is only 2 years old. Very disappointed

We had our dryer delivered on December 19th 2020 and early December 2021 it broke! Thank goodness for the 1 year warranty and the great repairmen, but they didn’t have the part on the truck when they came. They just don’t make things like they used too.
