It’s big enough to dry a comforter easily. Many settings.
My favorite is the reminder to clean the lint filter before putting a new load in!

Performance could be better

I love the way the unit looks but I don’t really like the way it performs. A few complaints:
1. The top of the dryer scratches easily. I learned that after setting a laundry basket on top. The material should be better quality or scratch resistant. So I’m annoyed that I have a new dryer with scratches on it now.
2. I can hear the electrical current. I don’t like that I can hear that from the unit. When the unit is off I can still hear the current.
3. Dryer doesn’t remove lint or hair from clothes well. I always find hair clinging on to my clothes. My old dryer was a Kenmore and I never had an issue with hair sticking to my clothing. I also notice a lot of static when I remove clothes from the dryer.
4. My clothes come out damp when I use the preset features so I tend to use the timed dry more often to make sure my clothes are dry all the way.
I like that we can change the door orientation if we need to. I like the overall look and sound of the notification alert when the dryer is finished. But my complaints outweigh my compliments for this unit so I’m only rating a 3.

Love this dryer!

We’ve had this dryer going on two years and it has been fantastic! The different settings, etc have been easy to use and produced excellent results. Not sure why I wrote a review this long after purchase, just felt right to let you know it’s going on two years and still working like a champ!

Product is very useful and is highly respected for it's reputation. It is dependable and and can be protected by sears warranty as well as manufacturing warranty. Ge provides a wide variety of parts to maintain the dryer which makes it easy to add or replace parts.
