Heating element out after 4 months?

We love our dryer, but the heating element is out and we just bought it brand new in April. At least we can still air dry while we wait for a repair guy

This is certainly not what would expect to happen. We apologize for the delay in getting service out to take care of heating issue. Also check the ductwork from rear of dryer to outside your home. Our recommendation is to have the ductwork cleaned every couple of years as this can affect heater operation. Hope this helps and that service takes care of issue. Geoff@GEA

I Love My Dryer But...

I can’t figure out why it makes a very annoying beeping sound. It’s not very loud. I can’t hear it unless I’m standing right near the dryer. Still... What is that sound??!!!
Other than that, I love the dryer! Would have given it five stars except for the beeping. Large capacity, looks great, and lots of bells and whistles. Speaking of whistles, what is that sound??!!!

So far so good

Is a nice dryer so far. I've had it for a few weeks now and it does the job, but I wish the "dryer complete" notification sound could be turned up louder. We have it set at maximum volume and still miss the end cycle every time. We just can't hear it if we're not standing right in front of the machine. Also, the dryer lint screen doesn't seem to go back after cleaning as well as it should and I hope it will hold its integrity down the road and won't fall apart. Other than that it dries our clothes nicely.

Only manufacturer to offer a warranty like this. Samsung & LG both only offer 1-year warranty so that speaks volumes about the value of this product!
