Easy to operate and sophisticated enough to meet all our household needs. Our previous GE lasted for over 16 years…. Here is to another 16 years!!

I like my dryer, nice and big to fit large loads from washer. I bought to match my washing machine. Two things I don’t like is the high pitch squeaky noice when running and that you have to slam the door to shut it. I actually went to another store to check out dryers and there were several other brands with the door made the same way. So because of Covid and people not being able to even get there appliances for months I bought the one from off the showroom floor of the store I went to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review for your dryer. Glad to hear that it dries well and can hold lots of clothes! It does take a bit of force to open and close the door of the dryer but you shouldn't need to slam it shut to properly close it.

Love the Large capacity

I purchased my new GE washer and dryer because GE has always done me right! Long lasting, stylish built to hold up to large items without harming the washer or dryer. Washer self leveling so that is great!! Dryer is very quick with the large capacity allowing clothes to tumble loosley which let's the heat distribute evenly so no half wet clothes in the middle of the load! You want a Great washer and dryer then this GE set is for you!! Cost didn't break the bank either! Hope this helps you.

I find that GE products are very dependable. The only thing I didn't like was the dryer time knob. All the other knobs moved easily but that one is hard to turn and am afraid that it will break on me at some point.

We bought this dryer to replace a much more expensive Samsung dryer that was dying after a year and a half. This GE unit dries completely on the first "go 'round", which I couldn't say that about its predecessor

So Far So Good!

I haven’t had this dryer very long yet, but so far I love it! It does a great job drying, and I love all the choices I have with the drying temperature. I also love that it doesn’t have all the digital buttons etc that tend to have something go wrong. Give me a simple dryer with dials and I’m happy. The drum is huge! This can dry in one load what would have taken 3 loads in my old (25+ year old) dryer. I bought this based on the recommendation of a friend who has one and loves it. I hope it will be reliable and last a long time. I’ll update this if anything changes.
