I like this dryer. It does the job well and has an internal lint trap. I don't care for the external ones. It is quiet and can handle a big load.

Nice Dryer

I have owned GE appliances most of my life. My husband installed this dryer easily and quickly. I was able to dry my first load of laundry immediately. The instruction booklet was handy and very helpful. I love my new dryer!

The dryer works - but barely

We've had this washer & dryer set now for a few days, and so far I've had to dry my clothes at least 3 times (every load!) in order to get them sufficiently dry. I've read through the manual, double checked hose/vent connections, cleaned the filter each use, tried recommended settings, and ensured that the dryer was never too full - but they still come out damp.
I'll be contacting GE Appliances soon (or perhaps they will contact me following this review) to see if this issue can be resolved. I'd hate to have to return it as the washer is wonderful and the set looks great.

Easy Peasy

My son installed this about 4 months ago and we've had no issues. The dials have enough selections to fine tune your clothes trying, but not too complicated to become frustrated. Typically, it takes me 5 seconds to select the drying mode and i'm done. It does a nice job (and is accurate) of drying and is quick about it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
