Dries clothes very dry in a short time

I like this dryer because of the various drying cycles. It works well even with small loads and on low heat settings.

I couldn’t be more happier. I have been without a dryer for three weeks and this beautiful dryer finally came today. Of course I was backed up with my laundry and had to use it. I was amazed at how quiet it ran. It’s very easy to operate and have all the right settings and options you could want. So far so good. I would recommend.

I'm sorry to say I'm very disappointed with my dryer. For reasons I'm about to mention. The knob that is used to select your choice of delicates, cottons, casuals and time dry is very hard to turn to select your choice, even using two hands. Regardless the choice you select it takes a long time to dry clothes. The lint collector is really an inconvenience since it's so small you have to stop in the middle of drying to collect lint, a very poor design. If I could, I definitely would purchase a different dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have just redesigned our kitchen to accommodate our son who’s in a wheelchair. We chose GE appliances in slate gray, knowing these were the “best” in quality. We purchased a GE washer prior to covid, but couldn’t get a dryer to match for months. Unfortunately, we had to go with an inferior brand since mine had stopped working. One year later the new one started acting up. I decided to take the loss and get a GE dryer since they were now available. I love it because it has an interior light, runs quietly, dries clothes in half the time as the other brand. So, as my husband says “ stick with Best, only buy GE!! Thank you for getting these back on the market for loyal GE families.
