I can't say much for the performance yet that is why for the 4 stars we just got it we have not really tried it out yet, but the looks of it is nice and it was quiet when they did a test run on it.

The dryer is great! Quiet. Many drying options. End of cycle alarm can be turned off. Dries clothes, jeans, blankets and quilts very well. Had it a few weeks and so far excellent!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello- Thank you for taking time to write a review. We are very sorry that you are experiencing issues with extended dry times. We know that is very frustrating. It is recommended to inspect and clean the exhaust ducting at least once a year to prevent clogging. A partially clogged exhaust can lengthen the drying time.
