I recently downsized so I no longer needed a huge state-of-the art dryer. I wanted something reliable, with a front lint screen (not the kind on top of the dyer), and settings that would allow me to set timed dry at whatever heat I wanted, delicates, etc. This dryer has everything I need and works perfectly, and I didn't spend a fortune.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What a great dryer! I love all of the additional features. To name a few,the extended tumble is just the right touch for certain items. And I'm so impressed with how the clothes look/come out after the drying cycle. Never ever seen so many clothes come out wrinkle free. Greeaaaat purchase. Would buy this one again.

I have only had the dryer for one month so I am in the honeymoon phase. Love the wide selection of clothing types and timers. Coming from a small GE stack washer/dryer I am in heaven. I would recommend this dryer.

I HAVE TO SAY GE DRYER AND WASHER IS NOT AS GOOD AS 6 YEARS AGO, FOR MANY YEARS I HAVE PURCHASED SAME GE DRYER AND WASHER I WAS DISSAPOINTED SAME DRYER TAKES LONGER TO DRY CLOTHES, WHICH IS MORE ELECTRIC EXPENSIVE, WASHER IS NOT AS SOLID, EVEN IF YOU LEVEL IT STILL SHAKES ALOT AND IT'S VERY LOUD SO I WILL SEE HOW LONG THEY LAST THIS TIME AROUND (I strive on taking care of my appliances) OR NEXT TIME WILL HAVE TO TRY NEW BRAND...

I had to replace my dryer, and knew I didn’t want a fancy digital dryer. I simply replaced it for a GE dryer. They last for over 15 years
