I owned a GE dryer that lasted for 34 years, so I wanted to stick with a GE product. I don't need all the fancy buttons, I just wanted a basic dryer & that's what I chose. It works perfect for me, it is plenty big enough for large loads & I like the lint trap better on this new model compared to what I had.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dries clothes very quickly

Our old dryer was really small and had to do the load 2 or 3 times. Super annoying. We bought this dryer and it came with 3 small gnomes that run it. We found out that our old dryer had one old gnome. He was tired and wanted to drink Guinness all day. We like the new dryer. Great price

It works great a lot better than our old one

We like it better than our old one Kenmore. It is lot quieter than our other one and it take a shorter time to dry.

Works well. Buzzer is really annoying but you can adjust the volume. Door is reversible but very complicated so haven't done it making it difficult to put things in and take them out of the dryer

Got a Great Deal on This

Does the job and very pleased. Only wish that the controls were not close to the off position on the dial, so when you think you're setting something on a casual setting for optimum dry - it may start and then stop too soon. Also wish that the light would go off after a set amount of time in case the door is unintentionally left open.

Blankets are troublesome

I don’t know why, but the dryer rolls blankets and or sheets into a tight bundle, making me run them through multiple times in order for them to dry.
