Drying my clothes

The dryer does not get hot. It takes too long to dry my clothes. It takes two full 80 minute cycles to dry my towels. This should not be happening. Please contact me about this rectifying this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have used this product now for a few weeks and love all the features. Also, our clothes come out clean and dry ....does exactly what it's Intended to :)

Dryer is excellent. The problem is the timer went out after 4 months of ownership. I had to pay out of pocket.
