It works as advertised! we have had it for two weeks and used it everyday on some very big loads. No issues with instalattion either.

Lint problems

Lint seems to bypass dryer lint catcher screen & clog up the outside duct. Ductwork is 18 inches & exhausts directly behind dryer to the outside. I just leave screws out of cover so I can remove & clean after each load. It works fine if you do this. Been like this since installed. Should have returned for something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Features Easy to use

Wanted a easy to use dryer for my elderly mother. She did not want one of those new newfangled ones! She loves this dryer and how easy it is to use. Very similar to the old one she had for 25 years.
