I guess I don't know much about how dryers work...silly me. I don't over pack the dryer but I have have to run it 2-3 times before my clothes are dry.

Drys clothes quickly

The timed dry setting allows quick drying of clothes. Even thick items like towels. Overall, very happy with this dryer. The side swing door is a little hard to close. I wonder how long it will hold up. But other than that, this dryer preforms well.

We are disappointed in this dryer for a few reasons. One, the way the door handle is constructed makes the front of the dryer look odd - like the door isn't closed. The door is also very light and cheap feeling. Second, it doesn't dry as well as our old one. We had a gas dryer before that had an "Automatic" setting that would run until the clothes were dry. This one doesn't have that setting and so most often the clothes aren't dry the first time it stops. Frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
