It’s broke down 4 times. Bad control knob, and the heating element melts the wire at bottom off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It works, but I have been underwhelmed by the sturdiness and performance. The lint screen is very flimsy and it doesn’t get hot enough to remove the wrinkles from my shirts.
