I found the use of this dryer quite easy. From the first time I used the dryer, it was user friendly, and offers the settings necessary to care for all of my clothes.

So far, so good! Unlike some of the reviews I read, I haven't had any problems with loads drying completely. I do use the timed drying rather than the setting that "senses" when things are dry, so perhaps that's the difference? I just put a king size quilt on delicate and set it for 75-80 minutes, and it was completely dry. Holds a lot of clothes, and I like that the lint trap is inside rather than on the top like many models. I also like the extended tumble feature for those times you're not sure you'll get back to the laundry before the cycle is complete.
