Have had this dryer less than 3 weeks, No heat does not dry. Closest 3rd party repair is 60 miles, Can't come for over a week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent features, quiet. I wish there was a device to clean lint after removing lint tray.

Washer works very well and even fits a king size quilt.Also saves on water usage Dryer does a great job in a short time

Delivery Service Excellent

We haven't had a chance to use the dryer yet, but the delivery service was excellent. Delivery guys were very respectful of us and our property. We have a small laundry room, and they were great about getting our dryer installed while two senior citizens hovered near buy with questions and suggestions. Thanks for providing such great service. Such nice young men.
